Yettel App Launch
Task:
Create a video narrative for the launch of the new Yettel app.
Solution:
At the heart of our creative approach was building a rich, dynamic animated environment around the Yettel brand identity, one that could serve as a stage for introducing new features in the mobile application. To achieve this, three key brand assets and smartphone interface elements were transformed into distinctive 3D objects and cast in central roles within our story, with the dot from the Yettel logo taking the lead. It became a guide through the vibrant, imaginative world of the app, strengthening the connection between the brand and its audience.
With the stage set and the characters ready, we orchestrated a swift and fluid interplay among them to highlight the app’s versatility and its many features in an engaging way. Transitions between flat and isometric perspectives reinforced the sleek design and seamless user experience. Drawing inspiration from the omnipresent smartphone screen, we incorporated prominent glass surfaces throughout the narrative to emphasize transparency in customer interactions, while animated titles directed the viewer’s attention to the wide range of services.
The potential of our visual concept was truly and marvelously unlocked when we elevated it to an immersive 360° video experience at Videnie Space for a special launch event. Some of the actors got so pumped by the occasion they transcended the boundaries between the digital and the physical.
